NOTE: Due to the current Covid situation and social distancing guidelines, there are several changes to our live performances. West Forsyth High School and Studio West Backstage, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any exposure or illness during or after attending a live performance. Each audience member and volunteer in attendance agree that they do not have any symptoms of Covid and do not suspect being in contact with someone who has tested positive within the prior TWO weeks. Please see below other conditions:

Theatre capacity, seating arrangements and protocol:

Due to the ever-changing Covid conditions and county guidelines, our seating capacity may change. We will continue to cap our ticket sales at half capacity and once we get close to that number for any show, we will review the current Covid restrictions and may add additional seats, if permitted. All tickets will be available for purchase on our website and, depending on the show, we may sell remaining tickets at the door via credit or debit card. We are NOT ALLOWED to handle cash at this time. 

Also, during these uncertain times, there may be changes to our policies and there may be a chance that our live, in person shows, may be cancelled. We will notify everyone of any said changes or cancellations.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your cooperation during these restricted times.

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges:

No cancellations or refunds. ALL TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Verify all information (show title, date, time, seat selection (if applicable), etc.) before ordering. Orders may be subject to approval.

Fees:

A 3.5% fee will apply to each online ticket purchase to cover Credit Card Processing charges.

Delivery:

All online ticket purchases will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. You will be able to instantly download the ticket pdf for each ticket purchased.

The ticket holder can either print out the ticket pdf or show the barcode/qr code to the usher for scanning at the door. Each ticket will only be allowed to be scanned once.

If you have any questions or issues with your ticket purchase, or if you did not receive an email confirmation with a pdf of your ticket purchase, please email events@studiowestWFHS.com.

Theatre Policies:

Cell phones, tablets and/or other electronic devices may not be used during the performance, unless otherwise instructed.

Due to the licensing agreements with some of our shows, cameras and recording devices may be restricted in the theatre. If photography is permitted during a specific show, no flash photography will be allowed.

Please be respectful of the performers and other patrons.
